Day 7
Hello everyone! This week was kind of a slow week. I just started my weight watchers and you know it was easier than I thought. I feel better thats for sure because I know I am putting the good kind of food in my body and I have more energy. The only problem that I am having is getting enough water. I mean don't get me wrong I love water but pop for some reason these days has sounded SO good. I went to my first workout class on Thursday. I was a total body strength class! Loved it and it kicked my butt. I have never felt so out of shape until then. The next day I could feel that every part of my body had been effected. Went out with the girls last night and ended up getting chinese food late at night. Kicking myself in the butt this morning, but today is new day. I hope to attend a yoga class tomorrow afternoon when I drop Parker off with Dad. Until then....I am hoping to getting on the scale on Monday and be down 5 pounds!

Day 1
Alright ladies and gentleman I JOINED a gym. Its about time right?? There is a gym a couple blocks away from my home and a friend refereed me there. She said its a great center as well as there is daycare on site. I thought that was a perfect idea because now I can go straight to the gym right after I pick up pee wee. For 100 bucks a month, Parker and I can go to this gym, us all of there classes and swim! Not bad huh. I was given a list of all of their classes and I think I am going to go to the boot camp at night tomorrow after work. Today also started my weight watchers day. About three years ago I started on weight watchers and had great success. I lost about 26 pounds in three months and was in the best shape of my life. Unfortunately, gained all that weight back through my pregnancy and some:) So I still had all the books and materials, so I am going to give it a try and see if I can do it. Today was pretty hard because I ate like crap all weekend. I knew that I was starting this weight loss plan so I figured I would just eat everything in sight and enjoy my last days of food freedom..Let just see how tomorrow goes...until then...
